Overview
직구닷컴 간편신청 helps Zicgoo users prepare delivery applications by transferring product information from supported shopping cart or order-detail pages into Zicgoo.
The extension only runs on supported shopping domains and only submits data after the user explicitly clicks the import button.
Data We Collect and Use
The extension and backend process only the data needed to create or review a Zicgoo delivery application.
Product and order data:
- Product name
- Product URL
- Product image URL, when visible
- Price
- Quantity
- Color, if visible
- Size, if visible
- Order number, if visible
- Tracking number, if visible
- Product category selected or confirmed by the user
These product, image, order, and tracking fields are used to prepare the Zicgoo delivery application and to support Korean customs review requirements for the submitted shipment.
Zicgoo account and delivery data:
- Zicgoo customer ID
- Zicgoo password or API credential used for authentication
- Synced Zicgoo shipping address data
- Recipient and delivery fields required by Zicgoo
Extension settings:
- Display language
- Selected shipping address
- Last import status
- Authentication token used by the extension
How We Use Data
We use this data to:
- Authenticate the user with Zicgoo.
- Load the user's saved Zicgoo shipping addresses.
- Prepare the delivery application payload.
- Recommend or validate product categories.
- Submit the user-confirmed application to Zicgoo.
- Diagnose category matching and submission errors.
We do not sell user data. We do not use the data for advertising, unrelated analytics, price tracking, background crawling, or data resale.
Supported Shopping Sites
The submitted extension build supports these shopping domains:
amazon.comiherb.comwalmart.comebay.com
Additional shopping domains may be added in future packaged extension updates when customers request support. New shopping domains are not enabled dynamically from the backend.
Storage and Retention
In the browser, the extension stores settings such as display language, selected address ID, authentication token, and last import status using Chrome extension storage.
On the backend:
- Zicgoo credentials are encrypted at rest.
- Extension authentication tokens expire after 30 days.
- Synced shipping addresses are stored only to support the extension's import flow.
- Operational logs are stored only to diagnose submission, product image registration, and category matching issues. These logs may include application/order identifiers, product names, product URLs, product image URLs, selected categories, and matching scores needed to troubleshoot a user-confirmed import.
When the user signs out from the extension, the backend deletes the stored extension token, encrypted Zicgoo credential, and synced shipping addresses associated with that extension token's Zicgoo customer ID. The extension also clears local settings from Chrome storage.
Data Sharing
The extension sends user-confirmed delivery application data to Zicgoo to create the delivery application.
The backend may store limited operational logs related to import results, product image registration, and category matching. These logs are used only for service reliability, customs application accuracy, and category accuracy.
We do not share data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
User Control and Deletion
Users can sign out in the extension popup to clear local extension settings and delete the backend token, encrypted credential, and synced shipping addresses.
Users may also request deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting:
Remote Code
The extension does not download or execute remote JavaScript. Backend responses contain JSON data such as authentication status, address data, category candidates, and submission results.
